Ieri sera io e la mia famiglia avevamo voglia di mangiare una buona pizza,così abbiamo deciso di andare al ristorante De Filibus, sito nel centro commerciale Ipercoop di Taranto . Abbiamo ordinato due pizze capricciose, super ricche e cotte alla perfezione: super sublime, impasto croccante fuori e morbido dentro,con una alveolatura perfetta. Se volete gustavi una pizza davvero " a regola d' arte" , vi consiglio assolutamente di provare questo ristorante: le pizze sono buonissime, i prezzi sono giusti e nella norma, e si percepisce subito la freschezza e l' ottima qualità dei prodotti. Inoltre,il locale è aperto anche a pranzo e propone un menù vario, con tante squisitezzei che spaziano dai primi ai secondi : basta solo scegliere cosa si ha voglia di mangiare! Inoltre non si paga il coperto quindi che aspettate a provare questo ristorante! Un e lode alla cortesia e alla gentilezza del personale , sempre sorridente e disponibile.Anche la pulizia del locale merita un bel ! “ Ormai è diventato uno dei posti preferiti! Quando vogliamo mangiare bene, star tranquilli e rilassarci è tra le prime scelte. Staff cordiale e disponibile, la qualità dei piatti è sempre ottima!Le nostre scelte cadono sempre sui piatti di mare e uno dei miei preferiti (lo ordino sempre) sono i cavatelli con pesto e gamberetti, la cosa che mi stupisce è che il sapore corrisponde SEMPRE anche a distanza di mesi, a ciò che mi portano, giusta cottura, giusto condimento, quindi il cuoco è una garanzia! I costi sono più che giusti per il servizio, vi consiglio assolutamente di provarlo! ”

L’ambiente e il personale sono accoglienti, trasmettendo subito una sensazione di familiarità, ideale per staccare un po’ e godersi qualcosa di buono. La signora Gina, in particolare, è molto cortese e simpatica! Il vero punto di forza è senza dubbio la pizza, con un impasto leggero, saporito e ben lavorato. Vito, il pizzaiolo, merita davvero una menzione speciale: si vede che ama il suo mestiere, perché ogni pizza è preparata con attenzione e maestria, dal punto di cottura perfetto alla scelta degli ingredienti.
